Grodstein and her teammate Hatlin Haganm, A fellow at the Bringham Hospital examined data of 12658 men from the pool of health professionals, chasing them from 2008 to 2012. At the starting, all the people were checked for their ability to perform daily tasks such as bathing, walking on the road, running them on the ground, kneeling, climbing up the stairs, lifting some groceries all the others efficient activities. The people also answered the food- frequency question ranging their answers from “never” to more times a day.

They found a higher diet scores for the individuals who took the higher Calorie Intake from the vegetables, whole grains, nuts, long chain omega Three fatty acids and took a lower intake of sugar sweated beverages and trans fatty acids. They decreased their odds of the physical impairment by improving their physical function by a 25 percent.

Steps to achieve Active and Fit Body
