Some Simple Exercises To Lose Belly Fat
This Covid-19 lockdown has started taking its toll on our health and weight. Life is like a family party going on with old forgotten recipes in circulation. The effect is something like this….
Belly fat is a huge problem for most people. Everyone with a muffin top is in a perpetual search for finding was to get rid of it. If you are one among them, I welcome you here because I am going to tell you about a few moves that will help you lose belly fat.
You might now say that spot reduction is a myth. I agree with you! You simply can’t reduce fat from a particular part of your body by exercising. However, research says that high intensity interval training (HIIT) is more effective than plain cardio in getting rid of belly fat. HIIT will also strengthen the body’s core muscles that help in creating flatter abs that are more drawn in. This improves posture and makes your waistline slimmer and sexier.
Here are a few moves that will help you in getting rid of stubborn belly fat. The best part is that you can finish the set of exercises in flat 15 minutes and don’t require any equipment.
You need to do as many reps as possible of each exercise. Follow the order and don’t rest in between. The circuit needs to be repeated 3 times in total. If you have joints related issues, Please consult your doctor before attempting these.
