Snow here. I got snow in my knee high boot. Salty is a word to describe that feeling.
Weight by end of month (223 - 219 lbs): 222.2 this morning, 222.7 trend weight. NEW FLAIR!
Stay in calorie goal (weekly average): 1550 ish planned with some tasty roasted veg in my future. 18/23 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: I'd like to do HIIT. 17/24 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week): Better than a binge. 13/13 days.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, face masks, other moments of non food indulgence): Not sure what's doing tonight.
Practice drawing with pencils/art supplies: We'll see tonight my friends. 6/24 days.
Try a new recipe once a week: Anyone got an exciting slow cooker recipes to share? I'm always open to new recipes. I'm thinking to free hand a chicken pesto veg recipe for next week's meal prep. 5/5 weeks.
